The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to access the main sights of the city. It is within walking distance to the square, stone bridge, and the old bazaar. the rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay, with amenities like a spacious fridge and free wifi. the staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfasts are delicious, with a good variety of options available until 11 a.m.

Some rooms lack a decent view, either facing a busy street or the back of dilapidated buildings.

No facecloths or hand towels. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner. The shower doors did not slide as they were broken and water would stream out onto the bathroom floor causing a slippery mess. No tissue box. The 2 bottles of complimentary water were old with condensation on the inside.

The room had excessive air freshener, only one chair and limited room - there was no room for two people.. While it was billed as a 5 star - it really doesn't deserve more than 3

Not a 5 star hotel by any means.Probably a decent three star. Best stay in city center with helpful staff and cozy room! the location was perfect, being within a short walk to the main square and all its attractions. the staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. the room was cozy and spacious, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Worst breakfast options and poor soundproofing. the soundproofing in our room was not the best, as we could hear some noise from the street outside.

My wife and I each had a swedish massage at Your Hotel and were both very pleased with the service!

Our room smelled very strongly of smoke. We are non-smokers. I felt more effort (or ANY effort) could be made to freshen the air in the rooms.

Great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food in the bistro was very nice and great value for money. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel was in a good position, nice breakfast area where you could sit inside or outside. Good gym facilties and nice swimming pool.

I booked this hotel as it had a swimming pool but my 12 year old grandson was not allowed to use it as he was under 16. I think this should be made clear on the information about the hotel.

Friendly staff

I would not rate is as a 5 star hotel. Some other guests complaint about the lack of hot water in the shower. Airco a bit noisy.
